3 Way Analogue Multiplexer

from £8.00

Note For UK Customers: The displayed price is exclusive of VAT at 20%, the VAT inclusive price is £9.60, VAT will be added at checkout.

Note For Rest Of World Customers: The displayed price is exclusive of relevant local sales tax or import duty. DHL will contact you after shipping to advise on relevant import duty etc.

Measuring just 26mm by 20mm the 3 Way multiplexer allows three digital switch inputs to be wired to a single analogue input.

It is ideal for passing the standard 986 cruise control stalk switches to an ECU or dash display (such as CANChecked products) on a single pair of wires (analogue input and digital ground). Each switch status produces a specific voltage output.

The Multiplexer is available with a standard pin header or as a solder to board.

Wiring the Multiplexer:

The multiplexer supports 3 distinct switch inputs. These inputs should be directly wired to the multiplexer via the SI (Switch Input) terminals and the GD (Ground) terminals next to them i.e both legs of the switch go to the multiplexer.

A 5V supply should be provided to the multiplexer via the 5V terminal and a analogue ground should be connected to the GD (Ground) terminal opposite the 5V terminal.

The VO (Voltage Output) terminal should be wired to the analogue input on the controller or similar and provides a specific voltage output for each switch combination.
